These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mal69 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and mal69 ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and mal69 with respect to the subject matter herein. mal69 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use the mal69 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mal69 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information. Submitting false personal details is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order on this Platform or any other gambling platform at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of mal69 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such persons.

mal69 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one account on the Platform. mal69 uses mobile number verification as the primary registration identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

Account Security Obligations

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. mal69 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify mal69 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

KYC Verification

mal69 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Verification may be required at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the Platform. Required documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address issued within the last three months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g. bKash account confirmation, bank statement)

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the mal69 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mal69 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is always shown on the Finance / Wallet page.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by mal69, although your chosen payment method may impose its own limits.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to source.
• mal69 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Check with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same business day for verified accounts submitting requests before 18:00 BST. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST will be processed the following business day.
• mal69 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

mal69 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, and to any specific terms stated on the individual offer page:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been met. Bonus funds may not be exchanged, sold, or gifted to another player.
• mal69 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including cancelling a bonus already credited to a player's account if there is evidence of abuse or a technical error.
• Bonuses will not be credited to accounts with pending KYC documentation requests. Verify your account first before claiming time-sensitive offers.

Seasonal and event-based promotions (for example, Eid bonuses, BPL special markets, Pohela Boishakh offers) are subject to the same general conditions above plus any additional event-specific terms published alongside each promotion.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting market before wagering. mal69 provides game rules and help documentation accessible from each game interface. The following conduct rules apply to all game play and betting activity on the Platform:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. mal69 does not accept requests to void or reverse confirmed bets except in the case of a proven technical fault on the Platform's side.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet, the outcome will be determined by the Platform's server-side records, which are the definitive record of all game activity.
• mal69 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrectly priced odds due to a system error, or where there is evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of a result (match-fixing or insider information).
• Maximum win limits per single bet or game session may apply and are displayed within individual game interfaces or sportsbook markets. Winnings above stated maximums will not be credited.

Casino games offered on the Platform are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt, among others. Each provider's individual game rules govern gameplay for their titles. mal69 does not alter the mathematical models or RTP values of any third-party game.

7. Responsible Gaming

mal69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Players may set time reminders to alert them when a session reaches a defined duration.
• Time-out: Players may take a temporary break from the Platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account remains open but no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-exclusion: Players may permanently exclude themselves from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mal69 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, different names, or using another person's identity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any form of money laundering. mal69 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspected financial crime without notice.
• Using any software, bot, artificial intelligence tool, script, or automated system to access or interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents Platform security.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures in a coordinated manner.
• Abusing any technical malfunction, error in odds, or software vulnerability to place bets or generate winnings that would not have been possible under correct Platform operation.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed via mal69 or any other gambling platform.

mal69 employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior notice. Any funds linked to prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, returned to their source or handed to relevant authorities.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

mal69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, or at the request of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account termination for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to standard KYC and fraud checks. Balances linked to prohibited conduct will be handled as described in Section 8.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mal69 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary participation in casino games or sports betting, it being acknowledged that all gambling activity carries inherent financial risk; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) losses resulting from telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, or third-party payment provider delays outside mal69's direct control; or (d) errors in game outcomes caused by certified third-party RNG software providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the mal69 Platform — including but not limited to logos, design elements, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and code — is the intellectual property of mal69 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from mal69. Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

mal69 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Amendments to These Terms

mal69 may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Where a revision materially alters your rights or obligations, mal69 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or a Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute between you and mal69, you should first contact [email protected] and allow mal69 a reasonable period to investigate and respond before pursuing any other remedy. mal69 will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
